    About the Opportunity

    The I&C Cyber Security is one of the key areas of technical support within the client organization. The scope of work for this topic spans across multiple tasks such as:

    • Intelligent Customer Support to ensure I&C Cyber security requirements have been adequately identified, included and implemented by client I&C Suppliers. This also includes continuous support and guidance to contracts’ stakeholders in the area of Cyber Security compliance and UK context compliance.
    • Production or review and acceptance of CBSIS Security Cases (SyC), I&C SyC is a mandatory formal document required to demonstrate that CBSIS is fit for purpose from the point of view of cyber security
    • Development of internal Cyber Security governance, TCO will provide support to Licensees in the area of cyber security governance processes and documentation.
    • Cyber Security Support during Site Activities, as part of construction projects, TCO will be expected to provide support in the area of security assurance and definition of security arrangements for CBSIS while in construction.


    • Empowered by the client I&C Cyber Security Lead to ensure the I&C systems are being designed, developed and deployed to HPC in alignment with the relevant security requirements and UK context expectations.
      • Independently and proactively drive the achievement of adequate I&C cyber security for their assigned I&C systems/contracts.
      • Develop and maintain effective technical relationships with the relevant I&C stakeholders to achieve the outcome above.
      • Proactive monitoring of I&C cyber security design through review of Supplier’s Security deliverables i.e. Project Security plans, System security Plans, I&C Security designs, security validation, DBSy Analysis.
      • Representing the TCO I&C security lead in interactions with suppliers in matters of OT Cyber Security compliance. Provide I&C cyber security SME support to Project stakeholders.
    • I&C Security Cases/CAT-Tool outputs, SD security cases. This task is lower priority and will be requested subject to adequate training provided to Contractor by TCO and available Contractor’s time.

    Here’s What You’ll Need:

    Demonstrable experienced in I&C (OT) cyber security design and/or assurance, ideally nuclear and/or industrial systems.

    • Self-starter, self-trained, proactive seeking and able to develop and maintain effective relationships with variety of stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
    • Excellent communication and skills (verbal and writing)
    • Experienced in the authoring of OT Security justifications and/or substantiation.
    • Demonstrable technical leadership skills or actively aspiring to become one
    • Knowledge and experience of UK Nuclear I&C standards and Security Standards.


    • Professionally qualified/certified in I&C (OT) Cyber Security i.e. GISCP, CISSP or similar.
    • Experience in Design substantiation and systems engineering
    • Knowledge of Security governance and Project Schedule
