Cyber Security Programme Manger
Global Retail Firm require a business focused Cyber Programme Lead with demonstrable experience in delivering complex Cyber Security Transformation.
Reporting into the Chief Information Security Officer, the successful candidate will:
- Excellent track record of successfully delivering large-scale and complex cyber transformation programmes
- Managed a Cyber Programme across: GRC, Information Handling, Awareness, Supplier Management, Access Management, Architecture, SecOps and OT Security
- Be accountable for driving the delivery of the Cyber Programme, ensuring objectives are achieved within committed timescales and to budget
- Work with business, digital and technology transformation teams to ensure that cyber is aligned and embedded into their initiatives, providing leadership and subject matter expertise where required
- Work with the PMO Lead, ensure the programme adopts best governance practices, ensuring all interdependencies are mapped, understood, and managed
- Manage suppliers and partners to ensure delivery of programme requirements, identifying and driving optimisation opportunities
- Shape options and recommendations to drive prioritisation discussions across the programme and funding decisions by the Executive Steerco
- Mentor and shape the programme team; working with the CISO to create an environment that encourages collaboration, high energy, and a delivery focused mindset
