Job title: Cyber Security Risk Manager
Location: Warton. This role offers the opportunity of remote working with hybrid options available too
Salary: £70,385 per annum
What you’ll be doing:
Ensuring all cyber security risks are documented and managed within the appropriate risk registers
Contribute to the creation of appropriate risk methodology and governance changes
Regular review of Air Sector risks and assessment of impact, including reviewing risks alongside cyber security key performance indicators to understand the potential impact to risks carried by Air Sector
Leading reviews to ensure the cyber security risks are understood and accepted by appropriate stakeholders within business teams
Regional risk reviews to ensure progress is being made to close or mitigate risk, and ensuring risk owners are updating cyber security risk records
Engagement with project teams to make them aware of all current cyber security risk and to assist them to document emerging cyber security risks in their area of business
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Demonstrated ability to appropriately identify, assess and manage risks associated with information systems, in line with the business’s risk/cost appetite
Experience in cyber security risk management is preferable, though experience in other risks areas will be considered
A good understanding of IT infrastructure
Desirable:
Skills in understanding and interpreting external documentation, such as contractual clauses and standards
Experience in managing IT projects and / or resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables

The Cyber Incident and Response Team
This is a new, exciting opportunity to join our Cyber Incident and Response Team and help develop and integrate a Cyber investigation and response system across the air sector. As the internal and external demand for a Cyber Security Risk Manager is rapidly increasing, this role is now required to support substantial growth in both the business and customer cyber security requirements.
This role offers individuals a unique opportunity to help steer the direction of Cyber Security activities within the Sector and ensuring we perform the necessary measures to protect our business and that of our customers.
