You could be a part of this as we currently seeking a Security Culture Manager to join our Cyber and Security team (aka Security Education and Awareness.
We’re flexible on location and the role is predominantly home based with opportunity for you to work in any major LBG office.
What you’ll be doing ….
Our role is to help colleagues understand cyber and security issues and build a positive feeling about doing the right thing and keep the Group, colleagues and customers safe from crime.

We’re looking for someone who will principally support our phishing simulation program, helping identify and support colleagues who are vulnerable to phishing emails. You’ll operate the business intelligence process, designing scenarios, conducting the simulation, reporting results then supporting colleagues and answering queries.
As part of the team, you also get to support and contribute to our education and awareness work. We’d love to hear from people who have fresh ideas on communications and can influence others to always think security.
You should have an interest in security and cyber (it’s what you’ll talk about all day), but you don’t need to have technical expertise. We can teach you anything you don’t already know (that’s what we do).
We’re looking for skills, not experience, and the ideal candidate may well be you! Be sure to tell us what you can do!
- Ability to manipulate and interpret large volumes of data
- Ability to work independently, accurately and efficiently.
- An interest in cyber security
- Familiar with or keen to learn HTML/CSS/Javascript.
- Creative skills like writing, drawing, animating, public speaking, web design, graphic design, video creation or podcasting would be very welcome.
- Knowledge of PowerBI would be an advantage.
